When I was a teen growing up I would look at the clothes girls were wearing is it why don't they make a shirt out of that for guys it's such a cool design on it as time has passed I don't really pay that much attention I don't think and now that I look at all these pictures of all these different places in different countries and what they wear it made me fall back in love with girls clothes I love fashion I think I love that close could you bring out the best out of a woman I think I don't know I think he's country should have their own fashion design because it makes them who they are and unique and beautiful it is a good question I'm glad guys don't have that many clothes to choose from you drive me crazy I'm good with a Levi's my boots a t-shirt and I'm happy but I love that look of each culture each country I think I just love womens clothes all right I actually should say I love to look at clothes on women

Out of this selection I think the Paris girl looks most elegant to me. They are the city and language of love in fairness!

Delhi will never be a capital of fashion since they can only wear summer clothes. You need a city with a winter to wildly expand your clothing options. Layering is a big part of fashion and can’t be done in tropical climates.

Harajuku. Japan comes up with the most out there ideas i habe ever seen. And their blend with traditional clothes and Western fashion is very interesting.

Milan and Paris, for sure. Women there are very stylish and their make-up style is nice.

That picture for London, though, is so inaccurate. I would never put them as a fashion capital. British girls are just as badly dressed as North American girls. NY might've been the fashion capital at one point in history but not anymore.

The very concept of a "capital of fashion" is retarded.

But if we're just judging the fashion of those pictures, then London is the best by a country mile, with Shanghai in second, Paris in third, and the others collapsing at the starting line.

Paris, Milan, New York, Tokyo, London, Delhi, and then Shanghai I think.  I like South Asian fashion most personally but Paris has always been about fashion.

Depends on who it's marketed for. Maybe Paris or Milan for female fashion and New York for male fashion (not that I care all that much about the fashion industry, being a straight male and all).

Probably Paris with the history of couture. Personally would say Tokyo, they have a wider acceptance of fashion in general and japanese designers have more integrity.

Only been to half those, but fashion seemed to be pretty ubiquitous. New York has lot of commerce and could perhaps brag that a lot of fashion companies are based there.
