How do you think of this and what makes them feel that?
Is it act of hair removal that's seen as effeminate/feminine/gay or the smooth soft hairfree look?

Not at all. If anything it's more attractive than hairy

The act of leg and arm hair removal is seen as effeminate/gay/feminine

The resulting smooth soft hairfree skin look is effeminate/feminine and mostly atractes males hence gayish

Most MMA fighters remove body hair for multiple reasons.

unless you are an Olympic athlete or bodybuilder or you just want it to grow back thicker there is no reason for a man to shave anything below the neck trimming is fine put a little design in there but to completely shave smooth No Never

Since most of my chest, stomach and leg hair has naturally disappeared I really like the effect. It looks and feels great.
