to be 100% honest I mean I prefer a pair of pants I really just don't look good in a dress but if you're talking about somebody else I would have to see the somebody else because everything has to flow together the body that attitude I mean everything has to come together I mean I like them both but depending on the place and time and what you're doing I guess I say they both look good

Well it seems like you really like the lace one, so I would like the dress you felt more confident and beautiful in because I find confidence very sexy. Plus the first one is way more plain then the lace one, and a little cleavage is sexy as well.

Too much cleavage in number 2. Not ALL girls need or want to show their tits to the world. Also, if a bridesmaid has a much better rack than you, she will upstage you on your wedding day.
