I think that's because of plastic surgery
She seems to have got some types of fillers/implants on her cheeks
If you look at her cheeks before they used to be flat, whereas now they seem to protrude, giving her a harsh look.
She also seems to have gained weight and seems to be wearing some sort of makeup that makes her looks more tired in order to portray herself as a victim
