How can Scandinavians be so tan, white people so few?

I thought Scandinavians were the most white, fair-skinned people, but most of the ones I saw were fairly tanned. For example, Germans turn red when they sunbathe, but when I saw Scandinavians look like they came out of the solarium, I was very surprised. Almost all of them had blue eyes, but there weren't many natural blondes, their eyebrows were very dark, but the most beautiful/handsome people I've ever seen lived here. Don't you think it's a misconception that Scandinavia is the land of blondes?

There are many misconceptions about white people. We're not all colonizers, we're not all pasty white, some of us can actually tan really well naturally, the Irish aren't all red heads, and Scandinavians aren't all blondes, et cetera.
