I turned 26 and I notice people saying I look young and they thought I was like 21. 26 isn’t even old…why am I just starting to get these comments?

Im 26 and even today some random guy on the street was like “hey you look young” and thought I was like 24 or 25, when I turned 26 people were like “happy 21st birthday!” Like what in the hell?
