Why did someone say I look 30?

I have body dysmorphia, I posted something about how I just got ID'd buying wine and that person told me they thought I'm like 16 and then someone online said "be real you look 30" then someone else said "more"

Someone else said I look "younger irl" so what does that mean do I look old on the internet or what? I know it's ridiculous to worry about stuff people say on the internet but when someone tells me I look 30 when I'm 20

I don’t know I’m in my 30s some people think I’m younger some people think I’m older 🤷🏻‍♀️ I think it depends on what they expect someone of that age to look like not really how you actually look there’s not always much difference between a 20-30 year old it varies so much person to person.
