Ok so I have this habit of taking too long to open to women.
Because of that this woman closed the window so i thought at least we can be friends and talk shop or anything dumb. So a few days before shit hit the fan, we had a nice chat with laughs blah blah. Then there was a scheduled day potentially an early one at tha on the day i text her. So I had a chat with someone about changes going on in the work place. I thought she was here since her department was basically voluntary, mine wasn't.
sent her a text shortly after everyone left if she heard about the news going on. It was around 3:20am. I get an offer to go out and told someone i'd be down to drive out of town for the day (ended up being 2 days!). Anyways when i had to take care of last min things i got home it was 5:30? I got no response from her (she is usually a lazy texter like i am so naturally) and my phone was about to die.
So I said fuck it and just left it home charging anyways since me and other were gonna be driving in the same car and if i needed anything from home i could just call from her cell phone. I didn't get back till Sunday evening. This all started Thursday.
When i got to check my phone she responded 3 messages in a row on 3 different times of the day. She thought i was talking about rumors so i was reluctant to answer and just let it simmer down since she sounded upset.
So i go to work and they have me check her dpt, and i see her and say hey. Her response sounded cold. When i was done scanning the area around before i left i asked her "you doing alright?" and she gave a quick cold "yup", and didn't even look at me. I said alright. She was real pissed off but felt like she didn't even give me a chance to explain..
i sent her a text and offered my peace saying "hey if i upset you in any way, my fault" and left it at that. Maybe she's still resenting that somehow inwas playing with her feelings (wasn't) when she had interest in me, but I showed little initiation.

Anyways i tried to initiate it on that last text that I understand she's upset. I even took the folly for it. No response but i'm just wondering if this behavior is warranted. I'm just curious.
