In which countries you've visited do women dress most revealing? In which countries most conservative?

From what I've seen women in California USA (for example) wear booty jeans shorts or bikini tops and all that stuff far more often than in France or Germany. But I'm willing to hear from you if that's only my impression.

Here in Canada they do both.

In the winter women are all covered in winter clothing for the most part, but in the summer I've seen women with their asses hanging out the bottom of their shorts. I was shocked, and a bit surprised that you don't get arrested for that, especially when she bent over at the checkout.

The Gulf Coast Countries are probably the strictest countries I have been where woman wear very conservative clothing. Most revealing is probably Las Vegas.

Well that makes sense because women in Western Europe, Canada, Australia are more likely to be allowed to do what they want without reprecautions. This give them the freedom to do as they like, rather than force themselves to societal restrictions. Anyways, I get the feeling countries like India are on par with Gulf Coast Countries when it comes to dress codes. Am I right?

There’s more leeway in India; hair and some skin is allowed. Most GCCs do not allow any showing of skin.

Yeah I guess that's true but I am pretty sure its not acceptable for women to wear very skin revealing clothes like buttcheek shorts, bikini tops. Maybe there's more leeway in India compared to Gulf countries but you are certainly not allowed to expose your buttcheek or boobs.

In addition, most Indian women I've encountered overseas dress very conservatively as well. I assume its because its a taboo for women to wear revealing clothes in indian culture. am i right?

Most revealing - whole Western Europe, Canada and Australia.

Most conservative - probably Muslim countries.
