+1 y1. Comfort = My long, thick hair can be like a jacket during warm weather. Tying up my hair allows ventilation for my neck.
2. Work = Some tasks I do can't be done better when my long, thick is out of the way.
3. Request = My husband likes to have my neck accessible.
4. Fashion = If I wanna show up my (new) neck & ear jewelry, people can easily see them when my hair is styled up fashionably.

If I wanna show *off my (new) neck & ear jewelry...

That's what my wife does when she is busy or wants to get my attention with the jewelry that I have brought her.

As I recently posted, women in the west do not care about what males want. This is all part of the destruction of the west.
I know this sounds extreme but the west is cursed and I mean that scientifically lol, this is just one of the manifestations of that curse. Whatever men say they like, the women will work tirelessly to make sure they do not give him it.
This may sound sadistic, but as an anthropologist lover and spiritual man it's fascinating to watch how God goes about destroying a people. We read about it in the books, but we're witnessing how it happens in real time. The complete disrespect towards men, the Bible says that he will make them blind, deaf and dumb. It's truly fascinating to watch how God goes about his work.
Kind regards,

You are right, that’s why passport bros are finding women in other countries
941 opinions shared on Fashion & Beauty topic. Most women in the West today don't care what men think, UNLESS he's a hot, wealthy stud, and if she overheard him say that he's only attracted to bald women, or women with pink and green Mohawks, most women would be on their phones making a hair appointment the next minute. But, otherwise, they don't care.
If you look in parts of the world where there is a shortage of men, virtually all of the women will have long hair and will wear it down. When women have to compete for men, they know exactly what most men want, and quickly become just that.00 Reply
+1 yI’m in a male dominated field. I wear my hair up in a pony tail and a bun. If it’s cold out then I’ll wear my hair down. I’m not interested in anyone I work with minus some of the guys I used to work with. I have a crush on one of them that I don’t see anymore. Have to see what happens there. I do find some guys I work with attractive, but I will not date a coworker plus if I don’t know if they are single or not I won’t attempt to ask them or flirt. I’ll have a normal conversation with them nothing else.

+1 yFirst, how is it unattractive? There’s lots of reasons women would do that.
And I don’t think any of those reasons is “ women purposely doing it to spite men because they find it unattractive.
But then, you’re assuming all men find it unattractive which I’d say isn’t the case.
20 Reply649 opinions shared on Fashion & Beauty topic. Huh? I find buns quite attractive. It is also very femme when girls are fixing their hair and I like watching that. Plus it also makes their tits stick out and that is always good.
I have noticed some girls fix their hair more than they really need to so I think girls are onto guys enjoying watching them do it.10 ReplyI would either feel like a ballerina/ New York cop doing business/ or military lady. Helps in summer to keep cool and it feels freeing to be messy without being low/unhygienic.
I don’t do them anymore. I like loose hair to be free, and just shortened mine so it’s not long like a blanket. If I lived in a cold climate I’d keep longer hair, but it doesn’t do much for me, other than looks.

+1 yI actually think it depends on the woman and the style they have, and whether a bun suits them or not. I for one like lately hair that's just above shoulder length, but not a pixie cut or a small bob/blob either.
I prefer low neck buns, not the top hat buns. Lol. On the right woman ♀️😌

*correction: maybe low loose pony-tail, or low loose bun. I'm so confused in my wording, but I know what I visualise in my head, so whatever 😋
+1 yMen don't really care about hair from what I've seen lol, as long as your clean they're on board with whatever you've got. The reason it's a thing though is that it's just easy and keeps your hair out of your face/the way of anything your doing.

+1 yThat’s not true. I actually prefer such ‘raw’ hairstyles where she ties her hair back into a quick, casual ponytail.
It’s actually such an unusual turn-on lol. Arguably the hottest hairstyle a girl could put on.

+1 yyou’re telling me that you have NEVER put your hair in a bun? I don’t believe you 😭
even as a dude I know that not every woman is looking to please men 24/7 lol. I know buns are an easy style for a lazy day especially if their isn’t washed or is tangled
00 Reply What's wrong with buns? I think they looks pretty and elegant.
I assume with long hair sometimes it's easier to wear it like that while doing certain tasks.
Plus preferences are very subjective.
And lastly, it's better for people to present themselves in ways that they themselves like than to base it off what others like.00 Reply
+1 yI don't mind. Awoman with her hair in abunch. Maybe she has a busy day, maybe she cleaning, maybe she got up early and had to take kids to school or to sports. I hope one date she won't wear her hair in a bun. But otherwise does it really matter? Hair in a bun, in a ponytail, braids, or down. I'm fine with it.
00 ReplyWhy do you think women put their hair in buns to impress men? Lol are you on drugs?
37 ReplyCare to provide evidence to support the claim, "When the vast majority of men find it extremely unattractive", please? I wasn't aware females wear a particular hairstyle to appeal to males.
20 ReplyBecause they want and don't care about others' opinion xD
Everyone got their own style, some buns more convenient too.
I just don't put my hair up in buns cos I suck at it, after a sec my hair falls down again xD
10 Reply685 opinions shared on Fashion & Beauty topic. Women do a LOT of things that men don't find attractive. The smart ones definitely try to do more attractive things for the guy they want to attract/keep tho.

+1 yI don't understand what all the fuss is, it's primarily a practical thing, rather than a fashion statement.
That said, I much prefer tied up hair rather than loose, it's cleaner and neater and conveys a professional image.
10 Reply926 opinions shared on Fashion & Beauty topic. Because they aren't doing it for "the men," you jackass.
They are likely doing it for the functionality aspect. Mainly as it's simple and effective at holding back a large or long bunch of hair.

20 Reply 768 opinions shared on Fashion & Beauty topic. Maybe the vast majority of men in your acquaintance do not like it, but I do not think this is a true universal statement.
A great many men do like it. It shows off the neck, ears, and back of the head quite wonderfully10 Reply"[the] vast majority of men find it extremely unattractive"
I don't think that's necessarily true... You're applying female logic to men. Most men do not care about things like this.10 Reply
Anonymous(30-35)+1 yWomen with long hair have to put in a lot of time and effort to make it looks good. Putting it up is just easier.
But I think you're wrong about being "extremely unattractive". I actually find it kind of sexy when my wife does it. I can access her neck and shoulders easier.

+1 yWe don't do things only to impress men. Putting up a bun is comfortable because hair won't come over your face and your neck won't be sweaty and smelly.
00 Reply- 2K opinions shared on Fashion & Beauty topic.
+1 ySpeak for yourself! I have no problem with them doing it. My question is HOW they do it! All I can do with mine is put it in a pony tail. If I tried the bun, it'd be a huge knot and I'd have to cut it all off!!
00 Reply For the same reason they wear weaves, extremely long nails, bonnets and sweat pants outside. Some women just don't like putting effort, but are entitled enough to expect the best out of men.

+1 yIt's more of a functional thing, in my opinion.
My older daughter had long hair, so would use that little pony tail hole" in the back of her cap to keep the hair out of her eyes when she played shortstop in softball league.
10 Reply Because I want to... if men dont find buns attractive then they dont have to wear one if they dont want to.
Im a person not eye candy, and I dont dress up to impress anyone unless I want to.

+1 yExtremely unattractive? I'd like to see the scientific polling on that. Although I generally prefer it down, I do not find it unattractive at all.
20 Reply Several reasons
1. Comfort, certain things are easier with it up and out of the way.
2. Too damn hot sometimes and having it up is cooler.
3. When working and getting sweaty, it certainly feels better unless it's fun time with hubby.10 Reply
+1 yROFL you're an idiot 🤣. @sarah3579 If men really found it unattractive women wouldn't do it, they also wouldn't get their hair to shoulder length or less but many men like short hair

FWIW... I have very long hair. I know what it is like to have it in my face, mouth or just all over the place. I tie it up to a pony tail often but if my girlfriend had a preference, that's what I would go with because I agree... Women's hair long is incomparable.00 Reply
+1 yWhat? I don’t find it unattractive. Whether in a ponytail, braids, a bun, or down. It’s attractive to me. However, her wearing it down is the sexiest to me.
20 ReplyCuz putting hair in buns is not meant to attract men? Like, hair buns are just convenient, especially when you don't want hair everywhere when doing stuff.
