I have acne prone skin. I just cleanse and moisture. Sometimes I use differin gel at night.

I started using products from glow recipe. It kinda worked on my acne but i still break out (still, its better). Its more on the expensive side though at least for me, but i just suck it up because its the only product that has worked this much personally. I also did differin gel for a long while, i suggest you do it daily and not just sometimes. Consistency maximizes the effects.


My routine includes washing face twice a day, two of glow recipe’s products, moisturizer, and rosehip oil from the ordinary.


They say sunscreen helps a lot with your skin but i haven't started using it..


But yeah they’re definitely right. The major part is probably what you put in your body (avoiding certain foods/drinks and switching it to healthier options). Which is something im still working on.


Working out and exercising daily apparently also helps with healthy skin.

I think you should probably use the differin most nights if you have acne and strong sun protection to help reduce any scarring from acnes
Make sure there are no pore blocking ingredients in your products or irritating things like added fragrance. You can check ingredients list online like at checkmyskincare. com

Make hydration a habit, stay away from a lot of sugar, be gentle to your skin, find products that work for you. Use detergents for your clothes that are free from fragrances and wash your pillow case and bed sheets a little more often. Exfoliation like twice a week or once a week will help. Removing some of the dead skin cells that can buildup or makeup or whatever will help keep pores from getting blocked. But yea that’s a start

If your skin is as prone to acne as mine then clearing skin will require time and sacrifice. From my personal experience, typical acne treatment didn't work. Instead, it made my acne more inflamed but that had to do with an allergy towards the treatment. What worked for me is staying away from sugar, fried food and chocolate. Like I said before... it requires time and sacrifice. Another thing you can do is clean face twice a day and put on toner and moisturizer right after. Putting on a mask once in awhile helps too. The best brand I used so far is Mediheal. Drinking lots of water also helps because it gets rid of the impurities.
Also take note that breakouts can be caused by stress as well so do something relaxing... though this appears to be the most difficult task.

I mix coffee and lemon juice together to lose weight and it seems to be benefitting my eyes as well cause I no longer get sore if I’m using the phone without proper lighting. I know lemon juice alone is good for skin but it might be bad for your teeth.

In addition to what you do, I drink lots of water and I use a toner after cleansing and before moisturizing.
