You need something that removes oil from your skin. It looks like you have oily skin.

Diet and skincare, some foods make more acne then others, some foods give your more oily skin then others. If i wanted to take care of my skin i would go to a educated dermatologist and ask what can be done. Also ask what you can make on your own at home to take care of your skin. Because making things on your own is always cheeper then to buy over priced products. They know what foods to stay Away from, they know what food to eat more of. They also can do several things like a chemical peel and so on. It cost a but it's the price to learn the knowledge you can use for the rest of your life
