Never at all. I break out too easily, and I don't know how to put eye and lip stuff on properly. I remember near 20 years ago was the last time I wore makeup (face powder), had a pimple. Only a few hours later it was already a zit.
So I just don't bother with wearing makeup at all lol.

Honestly whenever I feel like wearing makeup 😊 I can go weeks without when I'm too busy, but every now and then I do some mascara, maybe some blush, highlighter or eyeliner and when I feel like going all out I grab an eyeshadow palette🙃

3 times a week when I work. And it’s minimal. Mostly just lipstick and mascara because my lips are naturally pale and my eyelashes aren’t long lol
