What is your favorite color?

I'll go with green - like the color of a new leaf in springtime.

However, I often use this color against a black background. It's a type of yellow green. It is "the most visible color":

Allegedly, 555 nm is the wavelength of light that is most visible to the eye.

So, I just set my VAX window colors to that. In RGB, 555 nm corresponds to R=179, G=255, B=0

In hex, that's R=B3, G=FF, B=00.

I can't narrow it to just one color as it depends on what it is, for instance...

Clothing-wise I tend to like light colors, like green and peach as they go well with my skin tone. Especially, during the spring and summer months.

Eye color, I like greens and blues.

Hair, I like browns and red.

Ooh, it's hard to pick one, as context kind of matters, but purple comes to mind, so I'll go with that.

I view red and blue as the cool ones, but purple is literally a mixture of the two, so it makes sense.
