Could this chubby woman become a plus size model? What are your thoughts on her?

If she’s young and tall but I don’t think they are as picky as they used to be for plus models. Before she would have been too fat for plus size because they generally had to look just curvy with proportionally thin waist arms and face and basically now you see much fatter ones with chins and bellies and stuff.
