So pretty much this is something that I see daily. Women thinking they are going to get massively buff from lifting weights, when in reality (in my opinion - it does wonders).

Ladies what do you think, would you like to look like her? Is she too buff?

Men what are your thoughts?

I personally think she looks much better, healthier & HAPPIER.

I hope you people realise that she isn't overly muscular? It's the angle, and the lighting that makes her "pop" or seem more "round' - she's short, and 110 lbs, which is like 50KG?

Each to their own, I understand it's too much for some of you, just hope you realise she really isn't muscular at all, she's just toned. Google her and you'll see - Heidi Sommers.

I personally find her more attractive in the first picture, and I don't even prefer thin women in general.

While she didn't quite go overboard in the second photo, she's a bit too bulky for me-and I'm a huge dude. I still find her somewhat attractive in the second picture, and she looks fine, but when a girl gains too much muscle, it looks masculine, and I tend to find more feminine features (i. e. hourglass, or pear-shaped women) more attractive. If a girl lifts, that's actually important-but if they go overboard (and this girl is on the border of that), it's too manly.

It would be like if a man had big boobs, a small waist, and a big butt. Wouldn't most heterosexual women agree that's too... feminine? Lol.

Each to their own though. There are are straight men with obese, ultra-thin, and even absurdly muscular fetishes out there.

I probably prefer before. Both look good. I’d actually say most women would struggle to get as muscular as she is in the right.

Women who are afraid of bulking up like:
- if it was that easy to gain muscle don’t you think every guy would be jacked?
- it’s way harder for women to get muscle
- do they imagine they go to sleep one day skinny and wake up the next morning with another 10 lbs of muscle and shout “oh no I did one rep too many!!’ If they do gain muscle to a point they don’t want more then they can adjust. They’re not going to accidentally overshoot.

She look better in the pics with the black tank top, in the other she's too bulky.
In the first pictures she look skinnier and much better. In the second pic are thighs are too big.

I agree. When a girl gains excess muscle, it reminds me of a guy. I think she looks good in both photos though, just better in the first one.

It would be like if a guy had wide hips, and big boobs with a slim waist lol.

I don't know any girls personally who want big muscles. I know girls who lift, but they do it to keep toned.

The girls who lift to gain excessive muscle as a small percentage, and they usually are found in their natural habitat-Instagram.

I don't mind her upper body at all, but her legs look awful.

Vastus lateralis as big as that looks like a tumor to me, it looks ridiculous on everyone.
Legs should be as thin as possible, in my opinion.

She's not "buff", but I would say that she has too little bodyfat. Such a low bodyfat percentage isn't actually as healthy as many people think it is, especially for women.

I consider myself unattractive and normally do not judge but you asked for an opinion. She is out of my league but honestly she is a little skinny at first but too bulky and less attractive in the after picture. Also I prefer a more traditional female. My ex wife is in the same transformation process and when she asked I told her I thought she was more attractive to other men but not all before she began to get buffed.
