Is it me or have short shorts returned to men’s fashion in Florida?

Last year, I spent a few months in Florida. I noticed, especially in Miami and Orlando, that a decent amount of cisgender masculine looking men (who were not effeminate) wore 2”-3” inseam shorts.

No clue what you're talking about. I don't speak homo. If you're asking if there are homosexual sissy men in Miami that wear short shorts, I mean it is a gay mecca. You're bound to see a few if you run in those circles. It's not common for men to wear short short though.
