In general, no. But personality/attitude matter a lot to guys who aren't desperate or only interested in sex. I do think if a woman is walking in heels she is bolder than one who isn't. But a lot of women want to make excuses for not wearing heels these days while expecting men to do uncomfortable/inconvenient things without making excuses. Men don't have patience for women who want all of the benefits without putting in any effort.
