Trump needs psychiatric care. It's one thing to joke about him but he is a very ill man and sadly, all of us have been victims of his psychiatric disorders. I don't like him very much but he is a human being and he does deserve treatment and care just like anybody who is sick deserves it.

I'd say yes if baggy eyes were his worst problem. He needs major rework. Gastric bypass may help more. I can't even begin to list the cognitive deficits. The lobotomy didn't help.
