Depends on the type of fairy. There are many varieties and personalities. Maybe the Leanan Sídhe would wear something like number 6. She's a beautiful fairy who has a human lover and guards the fairy mounds.

The Bean Sí, however, wouldn't wear any of the above. She is the harbinger of death.

And the Clurichaun is a drinking fairy who looks like a little man with a beard. He'd wear leather shoes and is similar to the Leprechaun.

Oof. I never really liked the imagery of fairies. I don't know why; they're maybe a bit too fantastical for my taste despite enjoying some fantasy here and there. Like in D&D, my favorite world was Dark Sun since it has a more gritty and realistic look to me, like this with elves (not magical tree-hugging hippies but more down-to-earth):

But I went with #6.

I want to see an arrogant fairy; regal and aristocratic. Not the mischievous and happy-go-lucky type, but arrogant, ruthless, cunning, elitist.

That depends on what kind of fairy you're talking about. The 1st gives me the most Mattel fairy vibes, 2nd gives me the most Anime fairy vibes while the 6th one gives me the most Disney/Warcraft fairy vibes
