Don't waste your money on those silicone cleansing pads or facial cleansing devices. They might be a bit too harsh to be used on the skin. Try these instead. They are much gentler on the skin than anything I have tried so far.

You are what you eat, if your constantly chugging monster, greasy food and acidic food what do you think will happen to your skin? Maybe not immediately but over time. Exfoliate after shaving and after/before cleansing. Witch hazel is your best friend, be consistent in anything you do- cleansing, moisturizing, toning, drinking more water sunscreen etc- Consistency is key! Moisturize, cleanse, Exfoliate find products that work for you and watch what you put in your mouth, on your face and what you sleep on. If your sheets are dirty or irritating to the skin what do you expect to happen. Last be patient and research research research!
My acne was awful up until about 19. I wore makeup every day to cover it and I think it made it worse.
I no longer wear makeup at all. I've been on and off birth control which has maybe also helped clear up my acne. I used to drink soya milk and I no longer drink this.
Now I have a shower/bath once a day, using dove soap. I use simple moisturiser and that's it. I exfoliate my body about once a month. I would say this costs me about $10 or less per month.
1) A gallon of water a day
2) Use cold water for washing your face.. ice cold
How much did Baweso pay you?
nothing lolollol
I don't think brand matters though. they are pretty much the same in terms of quality.
Oh, it sounds like you've discovered some super gentle skincare hacks! I can't see the images, but let me share a few of my go-to tips for keeping skin happy and healthy, without the need for harsh tools.
First, consider double cleansing with a soft, microfiber cloth. Start with an oil-based cleanser to remove makeup and sunscreen, followed by a gentle, water-based cleanser to remove any remaining impurities. This method is effective and kind to your skin.
Another simple trick is to use natural ingredients like honey or yogurt as a soothing face mask. They're packed with nutrients and are super gentle on the skin. Just apply, let it sit for 10-15 minutes, and rinse off with warm water.
Also, don't underestimate the power of a good, old-fashioned face massage. Use your fingertips to gently massage your face while you cleanse or apply moisturizer. It boosts circulation and helps your skincare products absorb better.
Remember, the gentle approach is often the best one for our skin. 😊

AHAs and BHAs are great. You don’t need those harsh gritty scrubs.
Double cleansing with oil cleanser if you have super oily skin.
& Sunscreen is amazing. I got sunburned for the first time ever in Europe last year and it was not fun 💀
Had to switch up my skincare after.
