I have little hollow under eyes, from age, genetics, and probably bad habits. I’ve had a consultation at 2 different injector clinics. I’ve done some research and it has scared me. But I wanted some honest opinions of those that have had it done multiple times or awhile ago to know what happens after it’s worn off. I understand everyone’s different.

It sounds like you're giving this a lot of thought, which is great! From what I've gathered talking with friends and through my own curiosity, experiences with fillers can vary quite a bit. Some have mentioned getting fillers under their eyes to address hollows and were thrilled with the refreshed and rejuvenated appearance it gave them. The key seems to be finding a skilled injector who understands facial anatomy and your specific goals.
As for after the filler wears off, I've heard mixed things. Some people say their skin looked pretty much like it did before, just a bit older since, well, time marches on regardless! Others have felt that the area looked a tad more hollow than before, but this could be more about natural aging rather than the filler itself. Remember, our faces naturally change over time, with or without interventions like fillers.
If you're really considering it, make sure to communicate your concerns and expectations clearly with your chosen clinic. A good practitioner should be able to give you a detailed rundown of what to expect during and after the procedure, including any potential for the area to look different once the filler has metabolized. Always trust your gut feeling about the procedure and the professional you choose to go with!
