I have seen some "micro' bikinis even more brief than that. I think if a girl has the body to show and wants to do that... she should.

Just the norm. In fact so normal now that when you go to the beach you will see a family with teenage daughters aged 14 and up wearing this stuff. Like the girls I grew up with wouldn't and still wouldn't wear this stuff out publicly even now but parents would say to their daughters that their swimming costume is inappropriate
