Yeah we all have our unique genetics. I've always been a lanky MFer. I learned long ago no amount of lifting weights was going to make me shredded like some guys who just seemingly look at a weight and add muscle mass. But I could still be the best version of ME.

I don't think they're anything wrong with self improvement so long as 1. You remember you're YOU and you'll always be you, so love YOU first. 2. To do it healthy. Not to go to extremes shredding your health to reach a look that simply is NOT in the cards for you.
