I guess it just comes down to your own personal opinion on them , cuz I know a lot of people that have tatts that don’t look scary at all , so I guess it comes down to your personal opinion on them is my guess. I have 2 tatts and no one ever told me I looked scary, unless they did behind my back lol why you shouldn’t really judge a book by its cover. Tattoos are primarily an art or they can be a symbol of that individuals’ personality or something that is important to them or something that represents them , depending on what kind of tatts they have , some people go overboard with them , and some don’t , so you either like them or don’t like them. But I never judge someone based off of their tatts , they might look ugly on them or the artist that did their tatt , did a shitty job , but it still doesn’t define who they are as a person. So it just comes down to your own person preference and opinion on them.

Now let's look at our tatted up fellow people here... they give money for what? A cool message, a cool picture. That's fine. But it doesn't stop. I'm just saying they pay people to poke them with a needle over and over for hours. Respect to those that go through that just to look cool, even though I don't respect that either, but I'm looking at those that pay money just to be harmed.

And yeah I have no tattoos... I just like to get drunk and fuck women. We all have our thing.

Depends on the type of tattoos, the color of the tattoos, how many tattoos and where on the body these tattoos are.

but even then, tattoos don't make people look scary. there are ton of "normal" looking people that are scary. i mean, some of the most famous serial killers didn't even have tattoos

Scary? Try asking them about their art. Even prison people go soft if you show interest and respect to their ink. You'd be surprised what you find if you stopped judging books by covers.
