I don't know, my armpit hair grows down into my chest hair on the side of my chest like that, I've never had any girls say anything about it. No more than the way some girls don't like guys having body hair in general. But just specifically having them complain about my armpit hair connecting to my chest hair, yea that specific topic has never come up.

I usually leave my armpit hair natural, I do trim it sometimes though. I've never had anyone really complain or say anything about it.
