Dresses size 12?

So I'm short 4'9 and not really heavy except heavy busted I'm now a size 12 in dresses and I don't know if that makes me considered over weight or not?

I used to work in a store that sold athletic uniforms for teams. After selling hundreds, I knew a girl's size when she walked into the door. Still, I always asked. If I saw a 12 walk in and she asked for a 10, I would give her a 14. She'd try it and complain it's too big. I'd ask if she's training hard and give her the 12. After that, it was common for them to come out, feeling confident and "ask if the fit is good". Inevitably, they looked cute.

It's a long way to say, don't get hung up on the number. The industry is built around shaming so you're never happy with your purchase. You throw it away and buy different. Feel good about yourself and you will look great. Confidence is sexy.

Well, being overweight is about, y'know, WEIGHT. Not dress size. If you mean just being FAT, that's a different story. One I can't explicate, since I don't know dress sizes, and if bra sizes are any indication, they're obnoxiously inconsistent anyway.

Most guys, at least, are going to be looking at your figure far more than your clothing size.

I think I’m now down to a size that maybe a size 11/10 I don’t know it all depends on the designer of the outfit. Definitely you never know.
