I feel like the bathroom is where all the fun happens. A bed is a bed. A kitchen is a kitchen. But the washroom is a place of zen. Having an amazing shower where you have a glass door, a bench, a nice floor, a rain shower... and potentially a place to have sex... that makes it a place where you feel like you're living the life.

I look at houses with these big bathrooms with a whirlpool tub and a double sink with high end fixtures and plenty of extra room. I think that it is just a place to do your business.

My sister had that… they used it 2 times? When they redid their house 10 years later, They took out all the gleams.
once kids life, work.. too busy… they just wanted rest.
also keeping it clean is a lot of work…

now they just enjoy it in fancy hotels.
