Would it be considered unattractive to shave my head and get a wig if my hair type is crap and cannot be managed anyway?

I was cursed with the ugliest hair type imaginable and this is my last resort option. I am seriously fed up with it and don't want to ever see the ugly shit again. It's curly, frizzy, and looks thin and lifeless straightened. There is NO way to make it look good. I've tried EVERYTHING. Only women (mostly the mean girl types who like to tell women they look good when they really don't) have ever had a single nice thing to say about it, all men hate it because men hate curly hair, and I honestly don't blame them.

So, would I still be branded unattractive if I just shaved the ugly shit off and bought a wig? I won't exactly be able to keep it a secret forever and I won't be able to afford a very nice wig, so it will probably be very fake looking anyway.
