When do most guys start to grow facial hair?

Brayden I did not start with facial hair until I was almost 18. Sure I got pubic hair around 12 and armpit hair around then also maybe 13. I'm 19 and am fortunate to only have to shave 2X a week as I am not a hairy guy. Most of my girlfriends have not liked a bunch of air anyway. We all develop at different times so do not overthink it

I'm going to guess sometime around puberty. Also don't worry about having facial hair. Lots of girls like guys that are naturally clean or if they have to that they shave their faces clean.
