I had uniform T-shirts with royal blue "performance" shirts with a big logo on the back and a small one on the front. Khaki or navy blue shorts or pants. And logod baseball caps.
I get lots of compliments on the shirts/logo and it makes it easy to find me or my guys on a job site - no one else is ever dressed like we are. The "performance" fabric (like Under Armour or Nike athletic wear) hold up very well and look much better than the cotton T-shirts or polo shirts that most of my construction coworkers or customers are wearing.20 Reply

1. Dress or a skirt and blouse.
2. Heels (but comfortable enough for walking)
3. Lab coat and closed shoes (for one location... and I keep those tucked under my desk) vs. a light jacket and sandals for my other location.
4. Delicate accessories -- nothing over the top, but just a little bling to add a flirty hint to the outfit.
5. My hair is always nicely prepared, I maintain good posture and a long, steady stride and I greet people with a smile to make them comfortable as soon as they come in. (FYI, that's the part of the "dress code" folks tend to like the most, not what I'm actually wearing.)
6. Casual Fridays or community service projects: Usually a nice pair of dark wash jeans, a blouse and my boots.10 Reply

1 yI work part time in a clothing store and there are some dress code rules but as long as you don't stand out too much in a negative way they don't really care. Recommended is all black and they provide you with their own black leggings and t-shirt if you want which I used most of the time

@DrPepper12 never heard of it. Don't think they exist in Europe
1 yHa this is a funny question for me. We don't know what we want to look like. I used to be in a suit every day the first ten years of my job and then we wanted to look like Apple... Jeans and a tee shirt. And now we are using terms I've never heard before like Snappy Casual lol.

In Orlando's sunny vibe and the creative communication field, I love to keep my work attire both stylish and comfortable. You'll usually find me in a chic blouse paired with tailored trousers or a pencil skirt. I love adding a touch of flair with accessories, like a statement necklace or a patterned scarf, and I never forget my love for comfy yet classy shoes! 🌟

In other it was very strict no sneakers, jeans were not well seen, so it was mainly black pants, chino pants, blouse, dress , skirt, sweater etc...
In my last job I could dress how I wanted because I was wearing a long white blouse over it. So I mostly wore gym set to be comfy under it
10 ReplyTop: Weāre required to wear our shirt with the company logo on it (they come in a variety of colors. I personally have six).
Bottoms: Black, navy, khaki, or plaid dress pants (Jeans on Friday 😊).
Shoes: Dress shoes, flats, sneakers, Crocs (worn in sportsā mode), or sandals with a back.10 Reply- 3K opinions shared on Fashion & Beauty topic.

Anonymous(18-24)1 yUsually a tshirt, sweatshirt/hoodie, or sweater and jeans or sweatpants and sneakers and sometimes. I could never work in a job that requires you to dress up and wear a pantsuit, or a skirt, formal wear and makeup.. I find such clothing restricting and uncomfortable and could never work in a job that requires to limit my self-expression and personal identity to present a false image of competency and professionalism

Opinion Owner1 yI hate dress codes. in my opinion, they're an artificial construct whose only purpose is to manipulate workers into compliance.
Anonymous(30-35)1 yFor indoor Sales Engineer of CNC machines, we are quite like a family business. So we all dress as we wish.. just everyday clothes.
I like it when at office, but not as we are assembling machines. As we do all tasks since the company is still small.
Clothes tearing, too much dust, hydraulic oil.. etc.
I was just saying yesterday I want to get a uniform as we assemble.10 Reply

I generally wear either professional looking dresses or skirt suits to work.
10 Reply1.5K opinions shared on Fashion & Beauty topic. Itās pretty business casual. Skirt, dress, or slacks and a nice top. No shorts, skirts and dresses can be above knee length, but not too short, no tshirts, jeans are okay on Fridays.

1 yFunny thing is my dress code goes into detail about the kinds of shirts that are acceptable, but nothing with pants! So does that mean I don't have to wear any? Lol

1 yThere's no real dress code. As long as you're not wearing anything "offensive", you can wear whatever. I've even seen people wear sweats, though, in my opinion, that's sort of unprofessional.
10 Reply653 opinions shared on Fashion & Beauty topic. I can pretty much wear whatever I want at both of my jobs but I try to look professional, so it actually looks like I work there and am not a customer or a bum
