Does this look ok for a 4th of July Picnic?

I am attending an outdoor Barbecue/Picnic here in the USA on July 4. I did not want to get a special outfit that I would only wear once. I had these jeans (Capris) and sandals. Got the blue and white there. I located an ankle bracelet that was actually from Valentines Day, but I believe that it will give me red on the 4th. Then, I can choose a top to go with it. Is your opinion that this will be ok for a one time picnic, or do I need to do something different IYO? Thanks.

I don’t care for the sandals but it could be a bad picture. Anyway, July 4th can be casual and usually is. If it is, most anything goes. Flip flops would work to as long as there aren’t judge mental people there. Enjoy.
