Are there any countries in the world where its common for men to have very long hair thats much longer than shoulder length hair?

Regardless of people think, my brother grew his hair beyond his shoulders. Then came summer and he started to struggle with maintaining it and the constant presence of hair on his neck annoyed him. Chopped it right off. I think a lot more men would grow their hair out if the weather was conducive. Anyway is it common for men to have very long hair thats much longer than shoulder length in your country?

A long time ago, probably most of them.
Now, it depends a lot on the current culture.
For instance, I grew up in the 1960s and 1970s, so it was very common for teen boys and young men to have long hair since pretty much every rock star had long hair.
