What's the difference between perfume and cologne?

Just got this off the internet. "Perfume (Eau de Parfum): Typically contains 15-20% fragrance oils, making it more concentrated and longer-lasting. Cologne (Eau de Cologne): Usually contains about 2-4% fragrance oils, resulting in a lighter, fresher scent that may need to be reapplied throughout the day."

It doens't matter how long lasting it is. What I meant is if you like men to use either of these, to add a particular smell the like.

If it's subtle. Too much can get very overbearing and dislike most of what men wear. I actually prefer sweat to those very spicy overbearing smells.
