Sun screen over everything. Zink mainly. You have to sweat a lot for it to get in your eyes and burn so you can put it around your eyes. Do what you want with makeup and all that but sunscreen is what will help you keep what you have for longer. Good strong stuff like Copertone sport. That and a decent diet. Naturaly no drugs smoking etc but that goes without saying.
