If this means what I think it means, I tried it once about 12-13 years ago. Seriously hit the gym, really watched my diet, changed my hairstyle, became more outgoing, tried new things, etc. I think it opened me to a lot of new experiences and was good for own personal growth I think. But beyond that no. I think people put far too much emphasis on thinking they can have a strong effect on the way other people will see them. The reality is most people see what they want to see. And you have very little control over that regardless of what you change.

Nope. It does change some things, people are generally nicer and more helpful to attractive people but it's not like it changes your life in any significant way.
