Women, do you lose interest if a guy hasn't kissed you by the second date? I.e. he's displayed signs of interest, by asking to go out, he initiates physical contact constantly, etc. but hasn't kissed you on the lips by the end of the second date.

No, not at all.. If the guy holds my hands, is protective about me, kisses my hands, shows interest, takes me on dates and all but doesn't kiss me, I'd just think that unlike some manwhores that I've met in past, this guy genuinly likes me. There's no rule book that says you should kiss by your second date. Yea, if she initiates the kiss, don't stop. And also, if you think she's put off because of you not kissing her, you could text her saying, i know you're put off because I didn't kiss you. But trust me, Every cell in my body wanted to do that. You were looking so pretty... So beautiful and wanted to do it but I was scared that u'd think of me like any other guy who kisses on the second date. She hasn't initiated the kiss, but it also feels she really hasn't initiated much physical contact aside from bumping elbows with me, where as I have had to take the initiative on all the physical contact.

She made a comment during the first date she wanted to be kissed (or hinted/implied) but it felt a bit forced and uncomfortable since she didn't initiate any sort of physical contact back and now she's become distant.

No, not if he's doing all of that. I would just think he's probably shy or unsure if I would kiss him back, so I would either flirt back a lot more, or just make the first move. If nothing happens by like 3 or 4 dates, then I would start to think it's not going to work out.

One of the sweetest second dates ended with a big hug and a kiss on the forehead. It was almost reverent how it was done and then after I was sent a text asking if my boundaries had been crossed. My point is go with what you feel and she will give you signals, try and take them but also at the beginning she is likely waiting for your move so you will need to make them. Good luck!

I wouldn't have a problem with it. It's fine, but I usually give a good sign if I want to kiss. If I haven't kissed you on the second date or given you hints so that you can kiss me, then I am not interested.

Ok, well I've been pretty physical from the start, initiating and maintaining touch pretty much throughout both dates, but she hasn't really touched back aside from bumping elbows with me. Now it feels like she's pulled away and become less receptive and I am not sure if it's because I didn't kiss her or not. When I asked her to go out later, she blew me off.

P.S.
She made a comment that strongly implied she wanted a kiss on the first date, but she never really displayed any physical signs to make it feel comfortable. Hence why I think by second date she may have lost interest.

Is she very shy or? If she is she might have been waiting for you to kiss her. I think that she saw that second date as a second chance for you to kiss her. If she wasn't interested after the first date she wouldn't have agreed to the second date.
