What does it mean when a guy doesn't kiss you on the second date?

me and this guy went on a date our second date and well orginally i was supposed to bring friends but then he was like he's cool with just me and him and i was like okay so today we met and after saying hi he asked me where my friends are which kinda made me feel bad but we went in the car and drove to diffrent citys and talked/got to know each other more. i think he maybe wants to maybe hangout again because he played his fav song and said if i dont know this song were not hanging out again and i did know the song but I don't know if he means as a friend or a date and then after that we continued driving and he was out of gas and it was expensive so i offered him money and he said no so does that mean he doesn't wanna take it because he knows he doesn't wanna see me again. i mean we got along well other than the fact we had diffrent taste of music and that at the end he dropped me off and i said goodnight and left but the thing is he didn't kiss me or hug me or anything and this was our second date he did admit the first one was a date. but since he didn't kiss me does that mean he's not attracted to me or he doesn't like me and doesn't want anything to do with me should i just stop messaging him and move on? i know he's not shy or anything because he told me about this girl he was seeing but he's not seeeing her anymore because he said she's crazy but apprently they had sex on there first date and still saw each other after that. so what does this mean?

by the way i also did tell him when we were talking about our dating experice i told him about this one time where this one guy tried to have sex with me after the movies and that i though he was weird and crazy for trying to do that
