Why do guys compliments make no sense?

Recently a guy told me I was so hot that he would lick dog shit off my wiener. I didn't know how to take that. I am obviously a girl so I don't know what he means by licking something off my wiener. Should I take it as a compliment or be insulted? What does it mean?

Umm... Well... First off, don't feel bad if you find that to be odd. I mean, I am just as perplexed as you just by reading that. You shouldn't take that as compliment or insult, but perhaps more like a sign indicating that you should kind of steer clear of that guy. I truly can't see what was the purpose of saying that unless he finds that comment humorous or something, in some twisted way.

Take it as a compliment. Sometimes when a guy is really attracted to a girl and attempts to talk to her he may "brain fart". I'm guilty of doing so.
