So the first time, he was drunk and kept holding onto my hand and snuck a kiss to my hand a few times. Then we kissed after an all nighter. His friend said we're only friends, but then that night he was drunk again and wouldn't stop kissing and flirting with me. He started by sneaking kisses, then starting kissing me completely and making out. He wouldn't go to his room because he kept telling me I wasn't there. He said he liked me, but he was drunk. The next morning he woke up still drunk and freaked out and didn't remember anything. So I now asked to talk to him and everyone is trying to convince me against it. What a guy says and does when he is drunk provides you with zero information about what he really thinks about you when he is sober. The booze can lower inhibitions, sure, but that means that if he likes you, it lowers it and he can act on those feelings. But it can also means he hates you but wants to fuck, and the lower inhibitions can get him to act in a way that he (drunkenly) thinks will make that happen. It can mean he is indifferent but horny. It can mean lots of things, which means it gives you no info. All you can know for certain is that he tends to want to get laid when he is drunk, the same as a whole slew of other guys.

He could try and have sex with you every Friday night for a year because he is drunk every Friday night, and still not want to even be near you when he is sober. You will only know if you spend time with him when he is sober, particularly when he is sober and there is no chance of getting laid that day.

I'm sorry, but him getting affectionate with you while drunk doesn't mean a thing. He was probably horny. I make it a point to avoid guys when I know I'm gonna get really drunk at a party because I already know I get reaaallly turned on and flirty/affectionate when I drink. Personally I would be up front with him and ask (while he is sober) if he feels anything for you. If he says he isn't interested, then draw some boundaries and stop making out with him. You deserve to be treated with respect--not be someone's eventual drunk f**k.

Plus, I'm pretty sure there could possibly be some legal repercussions since he can't give consent while drunk. He could charge you for rape if he so chooses to.
