Guys, does drunk flirting mean anything?

Me and this guy have been friends for a while. Last night was prom and he took me as a friend because I was to young to go alone and my best friends were going with dates. After prom we were sitting around a fire and this guy was buzzed. He came over and sat really close next to me, he then started flirting with me and later touching me.

A few weeks prior we went out to a cafe together and then walked around town alone together.

I can't tell if any of this means anything but I'm really want to know if he is interested in me.

Depends on the guy I guess. But for most guys, they wouldn't do it unless they initially thought you were attractive (in the case that they knew you before hand) but doesn't mean anything past that drunk ~

I would say it doesn't mean anything, because I've done it and then regretted it when sober
