When you ladies go to the gym do you check out guys or do you just do your work out and leave ASAP?

Well I'm sure some of you ladies go to the gym and guys look at your butts and stuff all the time lol.

But I go to the gym a lot and I guess I'm in a decent shape, seems like girls and guys watch me work out sometimes. Feels like the guys wanna beat me up cuz their staring so hard and some of the women just look like they're want me to come talk but I have nothing to say but anyway I just wanted to know is it flirting or do women just not want to be bothered at all when their in the gym?

At the gym I go to the only girls I saw that looked like they wanted to deal with guys were extremely attention seeking and didn't last long. There are definitely girls that want to be hit on but otherwise, the girls really are there to workout and leave. I saw a lot of nonsense at planet fitness when I used to use that gym. There would be a guy hanging onto a treadmill trying to talk a girl up and it looked so pathetic.

I'm at a gold's gym now and it even has a ladies only room. I saw one girl trying to explain to someone about it and the lady just laughed. I've rarely seen flirting at it but I also don't go during peak hours so I don't know how it is later on.

I keep my head down and go through everything as quickly as possible. I don't was to make eye contact with guys at the gym, and I try and turn my head away even more when I see a guys head turn towards me out of the corner of my eye.
I try and wear baggy pants and a shirt that is really long. I get so paranoid when people stare atme iI really hate it :/

I do check others out, but it's just sincere curiosity. I do it with both guys and girls. I'd be flirty if I was single. My boyfriend also says people (males and females) always look at him when he's working out and it happens to me too. I think it's normal and it's not always in a malicious way.

I'm sure they check you out. I don't know if it's flirty or they're just interested in seeing how you work out, but they surely check you out. It happens everywhere. Though there was an instructor who took every chance he could to touch my behind... I stopped going to that gym, lol.

I did choose a kind hearted girl before.. And she wasn't that beautiful but I still ignored people and stayed loyal to her but she lied and cheated lol as I've grown up now I look for sophisticated educated mature women now because I don't like baby sitting girls who just wanna party and expect me to take care of all their needs such as financial respodibilities and stuff. Lol It started being about exercise. But there's a lot mirrors in my gym and I can see the reflection se of of all the cuties working out. So I go work hard, look at the eye candy, and then I'm out of there. It does help me want to go everyday

My fiancé was a total gym freak (that's how we met) but before we even started dating I'd constantly see girls coming up to him and flirt asking him if they can help him work out. Just as he'd see guys come up to me asking for my number or asking me to lunch. At the time we didn't care because we were just friends but when we started getting serious (getting to reallly know each other) that stuff just didn't slide anymore. Especially when we got engaged. So he and I stopped going to the gyms and just did our own fitness room at home.
