Will I regret deleting crush's number out of my phone?

I don't know whether to delete my crush from my phone or not. I feel like I'm being put in a "text when there's no one else to talk to" girl category to him. And I am the one that has to initiate the convo. I'm just a little upset because I know if I delete him he most likely won't ever text me again. But then why waste my time... but I really like him, and I'll admit, I'm trying to hold onto even the tiniest bit of hope! Haha, shit! Has anyone ever been in this situation? What did you do? I'm still friends with him on FB, and he likes my shit all the time just never talks to me unless I contact him first. He's kinda shy... but not THAT shy. I don't know what to do, I'm getting annoyed.

I'm in the same boat, I had my crush's number. I asked for it and she seemed enthusiastic about it (she didn't know I liked her then). I ALWAYS started the conversations over text and she'd stop replying randomly. And she never started conversations at all. All is was doing was making me sad that she wasn't as enthused to talk to me as I was to talk to her. So I deleted her number. This was only a week ago and I don't know if I regret it or not. She never started any conversations with me anyway so it doesn't matter. She doesn't know that I've deleted it and she never will but eliminating that source of sadness feels alright I guess (I miss talking to her though)

I've been in a similar situation. I'd recommend deleting the number. It stops you investing time in him when he can't be bothered investing it in you.
He must make the effort. It should always be a two way thing

kinda similar thing... i deleted my now ex boyfriends number when I wanted to split which was something i did in haste. kinda always regretted it because no way of contacting him now and i regret it.. so just be sure how you feel before you do it

Ya in college I'd delete some old numbers of cute girls I had met but just lost touch with. But then they'd text me like on my bday saying "HAPPY Birthday!" or my team won or something, and I'd be like uhhh who's this? Felt like such a jerk :(

Dont i deleted my crushs number and im regretting it
