I was asking a guy why he don't text me back fast enough I told him he takes hours to text me back so he said maybe he was sleep but he wasn't cuz he posted a picture on instagram of him so I told him im gonna stop texting him he said oh okay and I said yea so he called me annoying and said I act like a child and I said okay I'll stop talking to you and he was like oh what he mean about oh?

Well after reading that paragraph you do seem kind of annoying. I think when he said "oh" he meant 'ok ' as if he didn't care. If he wanted to talk to you he would of responded faster.
