Is it flirting if a girl constantly tries to block my path in a playful manner?

One of my female coworkers tries to block my path at least once or twice a week when we pass in the hallways or the spaces between cubicles. We're friendly with each other, but she's only been working here for about 3 months, so we don't know each other very well. Just the other day she was talking to another coworker, and as I walked by, she put her arm out and said, "Stop--just kidding." I wasn't curious about this until I saw that she was doing it pretty often. Is this her way of flirting?
