Well I've been told by so many people that I am hot, beautiful and also good personality, I do have a small group of friends, I'm quiet , extrovert and friendly. But I always attract guys who are not good looking. I saw that girls who act bitchy (cute girls or not good looking girls) are the one whom cute guys like...
what do you think is the problem?

if you are quiet and good looking this can sometimes be enough to type-cast you as stuck-up!

Sorry, but think like a guy... take our perspective. A lot of good looking guys are somewhat shy too, so if they see you turning down there friends, then the group would think that you standards are way to high.

Guys talk, so you may come across as a little snobby or untouchable.

Maybe you are boring? Answering with one word replies? Not asking questions? Not able to detect and reply with sarcasm? No matter how hot the girl is.. being boring is a deal breaker for me.
