Girl that blew me off is essentially copying me on social media it seems.

If Iike stuff about an artist, she'll like the artist.

If I like stuff about museums she'll like museums/check herself into museums/post pictures from museums.

If I like stuff about animals, she'll like stuff about animals.

She's suddenly liking my posts on mutual friend's walls but not anyone else's.

She's liking the place we met.

Her friends are being nicer than before.

Is she trying to get my attention or am I reading too much into it?

I used to do the same thing with my crush.
When he would be on instagram i would check the tab where i can check the actions thats being made and whichever pictures he liked i would click on it and like the same as him. Liking it because i not only admire what he finds interest in? But i just want to copy and it just makes me feel good.

A big deal breaker is when her friends are nice to you. Girl code is when our friends see our significant other they see us. So they will only keep you in the comfort zone as long as you don't hurt our girls heart. Yea so they'll be sweeter because they have no choice than to respect and look into the guy that their girlfriend is "so into".
But don't over think it too much and continue reading signs but don't exaggerate it. Smallest things means the biggest so its good you noticed this.

No, I don't think you're reading too much into this than there is; my feeling is that she's attempting to show you that you have a lot of mutual interests. It does appear that she has a healthy interest in you. Probably even a big crush!! = ]
Question is do you see her as more than a friend, social media friend or maybe even someone you could be interested in getting to know better , maybe even date? Try talking to her in person if possible. That way you can follow her eyes and body language, those are hard to fake and seldom lie.
She's stalking you for sure, only you can say whether it's in a good way. Ask her to grab a cup of coffee or a soda together so you can talk.
