So I work with a very attractive girl. I kind of like her. She has a boyfriend although she doesn't speak much about him at all. So we tend to flirt around with her a lot, and basically that's mostly our interactions. Sometimes we talk to her about life and out future plans and so on.
She has the tendency to flirt with me, tease me and generally always smiles at me and constantly giggles and laughs at anything I say. She doesn't even mind me taking her hand and drawing on her and so on.
I tried giving her the cold shoulder and talking to her less and avoiding her as much as possible. This resulted in her in sometimes being pissed and sometimes initiating flirting and teasing. One more thing I noticed is that she can get super nervous around me when we are alone.

She might be, she might also not be loyal to her boyfriend. Either way it doesn't bode well that she would be girlfriend material does it? I have known girls like this, extremely flirty and one invited me to her house and started hinting she had topless photos of herself. This was minutes before her boyfriend arrived, made me feel awkward but the more I didn't flirt back the more over the top she got with it. Some people just get an ego boost from thinking everyone wants them and they get irrational when they don't succeed.

Either way its not good and I would recommend stepping way. That is flirtatious behavior for sure, and it isn't right she has a boyfriend while flirting with you. If you want her as a girlfriend, forget about it. That shows she isn't loyal and if she leaves him for you, it will happen to you too. If you want to hook up make sure they are broken up with first. Otherwise it puts you in a very dramatic place. Not to mention you are involved in a situation that causes someone else pain.
