.. Do you think that it would be lame for guys to like romantic movies or sweet ? I am just asking this question out of pure curiosity

ok since a lot of you said that you would watch a romantic movie, another question do you think watching a romantic movie with a friend (guy) only would be strange ? would it make a difference compared to if you were with a friend that is a girl or gf?

Yes and no. I don't have a lot of time, so when I do watch a movie I like something that is completely away from reality, therefore action and adventure. I like romantic comedys more than I like romantic dramas. The few romantic dramas I have watched...well let's just say a bullet in the head would be more fun. Romantic comedys are cute, light hearted yet have a serious side and have a way to appeal to both sexes. For instance I just watched the Ghost of Girlfriends Past. It had many fun parts where I was busting a gut and still had the romantic side where the girl gets the guy.

Ime not really into movies mainly because I don't have time to spend watching a movie but of the few I have watched I liked the romantic ones just as much as the commey an action its all in personal choice

Well to add on to it I rarely watch moves the only one who can get to sit down an watch a movie is my wife cuase well I mean last thing is her mad cause I wouldn't spend time an watch a movie with here or at least how she would ssee it

I would think it's sweet for a guy to like romantic movies, but it would probably be weird if he liked them more than me. Guys look better being tough and strong, but sometimes it's nice when they are a little more sensitive than they usually are.

i can honestly say that I think a lot of men are... personally speaking, I go to some with my mom every once and a while and I don't hate them, but I don't love them. Just not bad- which is more than most guys will say.

They aren't horrible, like the stereotype protrays men to think they are. But its not gonna be my first choice when seeing a movie, but I wouldn't mind having to see one with a gf

Mostly no. There are exceptions like "you've got mail" it's more of a romantic comedy. Or Sleepless in Seattle.
