That's not a platonic thing to do. If you're not attracted to the person, you should not engage in non platonic activities because you will be leading them on. If they are attracted to you, which they probably are if they want to cuddle with you, that's rather cruel on your part.

I used to sleep in my male best friends bed all the time with him when I'd crash there on weekends. He and two other good friends of mine all lived together and we used to pay at their house all the time. I would usually crash in his bed at the end of the night. Nothing non platonic ever happened tho because we're not like that. We're more like siblings.

I have also shared a bed on a few different occasions with my other close male friend, when we've shared a room on trips and stuff. Again, nothing non platonic.
